In need of complete renovation, with signs of abandonment. Staff were insufficient, especially in the restaurant, and lacked hospitality experience. Additionally, I left covered in bug bites, possibly from bed bugs. Not recommended.

I called in the morning to inquire about the pool but received incorrect information. When booking a child, they were treated as an adult, with pool time restrictions. No response to my email inquiry, and the duty manager was initially rude until he saw proof of my call. The rooms need updating.

Rooms were spacious and somewhat comfortable. Dinner was average but overpriced. Breakfast options were limited on the first day, and the swimming pool area was uninviting due to ongoing work. The hotel seems to be undergoing improvements, and the staff were friendly and helpful overall.

Booked as a gift for Godson, the hotel has since cancelled as they received a better offer from elsewhere leaving us high and last minute. Pretty sure that's not how hotels are supposed to work. Seems there will be a few guests in this situation. No attempt at an apology or reparations. Abysmal.

Rooms are very outdated and being on the ground floor, you can hear everything that is going on upstairs, lots of footsteps.
Not bad for it's price, we went to the bar to get a drink and no one turned up so we left after about 10 minutes waiting.
I've stayed here a number of times and nothing seems to improve.
